Bankstown North Public School is part of the Bankstown PSSA (Public Schools Sports Association) Zone. Students are selected to represent our school in a variety of sports.
Representing our school on a sport team encourages students to become a team player, as well as promoting good sportsmanship.
In previous years we've had success in many sports, particularly netball and cricket.

The School Swimming Scheme is a learn to swim program that develops water confidence and provides students with basic skills in water safety and survival. The scheme provides opportunities for students in Years 2 to 6 to attend daily lessons of 45 minutes over 10 consecutive days.
This is a popular program within Bankstown North Public School, so we would encourage you to return your permission slips and money as soon as the note goes home to announce the dates.
Bankstown North students successfully participate in the Premier's Sporting Challenge, each year. Please click on the logo for more information on this program.
